President, North America
In her role, Allison oversees Beanstalk’s operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and South America, reporting directly to Michael Stone, CEO. Allison maintains full responsibility over clients operating in North America with a goal of advancing our partners’ interests through innovation, driving profitability and identifying opportunities to create new revenue sources. She is responsible for all aspects of client service, as well as the strategic development, implementation and management of clients’ licensing programs.
As President, Allison also plays a critical role in driving the development and execution of the agency’s strategic growth initiatives, and oversees Beanstalk’s Business Development and Marketing departments.
Since joining Beanstalk in 1995, Allison has led general licensing initiatives for diverse brands such as HGTV, Stanley Black & Decker, Purina, Airheads and U.S. Army, among others. She was an integral part of the strategic development and management of worldwide retail exclusive programs for Mary-Kate and Ashley and Danskin Now.
Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Marketing from George Washington University and an M.B.A. in International Business from Hofstra University.
