CFO/COO

Bill is responsible for all aspects of compliance and administration for some of the world’s largest, most admired licensing programs, including oversight and day-to-day responsibilities for TransAct™, Beanstalk’s state-of-the-art, highly customizable licensing program platform and service offering.  Bill supervises an experienced team of finance professionals managing the agency’s reporting processes and systems that ensure clients have best-in-class financial and operational information, tailored to fit their global needs.  In addition, Bill facilitates short-term and long-range strategic planning activities across the company to grow Beanstalk in the U.S. and internationally.

Bill brings to Beanstalk over 25 years of experience in finance and operations, following over a decade of experience with Beanstalk’s parent company, Omnicom Group, where he managed financial reporting and was instrumental in the negotiations of several key acquisitions. Prior to joining Omnicom, Visone began his career at Coopers & Lybrand, followed by Pentech International, a leading writing instrument company. At Pentech, Visone was involved in growing the company by successfully obtaining major licensing partners such as Disney and Major League Baseball, in addition to negotiating the company’s sale to Jakks Pacific and the subsequent integration of the two companies.

Bill is a graduate of New York University and is a CPA.
