Celia is focused on bringing the best talent in the industry to Beanstalk. In her role, she is responsible for all aspects of talent development, from recruiting to training and organizational development. Celia has worked very closely with the senior leadership team to ensure Beanstalk’s agency structure enhances client services while supporting employee growth and development. She has implemented a number of progressive programs to align Beanstalk’s culture with the agency mission, making it one of the most desirable places to work in the licensing and marketing industries.

Celia received her B.A. in Secondary Education from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
