Allison Ames
Senior Vice President, Brand Management

Allison co-heads Beanstalk's Account Management group. In this role, Allison is responsible for the development of the brand’s strategic licensing plan, and manages relationships with clients, retailers and licensees.

While at Beanstalk, Allison has led both retail exclusive programs and general licensing initiatives for the company’s clients. Among the licensing programs created under Allison’s supervision are mary-kateandashley, Danskin Now, The Stanley Works, and Susie Coelho.

Allison has developed strategic retail licensing programs that include identifying the appropriate retail partner and licensees, facilitating rigorous product development processes, developing synergistic cross-marketing initiatives, and ensuring successful sales performance through intensive program management.

Prior to joining Beanstalk, Allison was vice president of marketing at Sonneman Design Group, a product design and marketing consulting firm that specialized in the home furnishings industry. Before that, she held a variety of marketing positions at Bairnco Corporation, a Fortune 500 company.

Allison earned a bachelor of arts in international business and marketing from George Washington University and an MBA in international business from Hofstra University.
