Celia Asprea

Celia is responsible for all aspects of Talent Development for The Beanstalk Group, including recruiting top talent from various related industries across all levels, training, and organizational development.

Celia has been instrumental in bringing the best talent in the industry to Beanstalk by networking within the licensing community and seeking out unique and diverse talent in related industries. Celia has worked very closely with the senior leadership team to structure Beanstalk in a way that enhances the agency’s client services while supporting the growth and development of its employees. She has implemented a number of progressive programs to align the culture at Beanstalk with the company vision, making it one of the most desirable places to work in the licensing and marketing industries. Celia is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including benefits, policies, and employee relations.

Prior to joining The Beanstalk Group, Celia was the director of Human Resources for AGA, a marketing and design agency. Before that, Celia worked in the New York office of Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabuam the world’s largest architectural firm.

Celia received her B.A. in secondary education from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
