In-house Training

At Beanstalk, we continuously offer employees in-house training seminars in areas such as strategy, sales, and program management. Beanstalk’s regularly scheduled Learning Lunches facilitate continuous education and professional development in a variety of areas of interest for all employees. Recent presentation topics have included licensee sales training, anatomy of a representation agreement, brand equity analysis and extension, and an overview of the European market.

As a company, we are also dedicated to providing coaching and mentoring programs to help enhance employee’s skills and development. In addition, we believe in continuous growth among our senior executives, and regularly engage consultants to continue building leadership skills with our executive team.
