Beanstalk is committed to creating and sustaining a work environment where all employees can perform at their very best. Our friendly work atmosphere combined with the highest level of professionalism creates a dynamic, fulfilling, and stimulating environment.

At Beanstalk, we encourage open communication and a true work/life balance. We schedule monthly Jack’s Gatherings, where employees meet to chat, eat and relax after a full day’s work. Employees new to the licensing industry are also able to participate in flip networking events offered through Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association (LIMA). These educational, development and social opportunities are designed to help build a contact base and provide newer employees with a peer-to-peer support network within the licensing community.
