NEW YORK, June 27, 2006 — The Beanstalk Group, the world's leading brand licensing agency, was honored for its clients? licensing programs with two International Licensing Excellence Awards for 2005. Managed by The Beanstalk Group, the Andy Warhol licensing program was recognized as the Best Art Brand License, and Mighty Fine, a Ford Motor Company licensee, was awarded Best Corporate Brand Licensee for Soft Goods by the Licensing Industry Merchandisers? Association (LIMA) at the annual LIMA Gala and Awards Ceremony, held in New York City, on June 21, 2006.

The Andy Warhol global licensing program is unique among art programs as it extends not just Warhol?s iconic art imagery, but the whole of his artistic vision and his inimitable lifestyle. The Andy Warhol licensing program includes 37 of the world?s most respected and creative manufacturers of products across numerous categories, such as fashion and home. The worldwide program has grown at an impressive rate, generating $36 million in retail sales in 2005.

In its first year, Mighty Fine became the second largest apparel licensee for the Ford Motor Company program, extending the Ford brand to a new consumer base of young, affluent women. Mighty Fine?s highly styled and designed t-shirts feature the Ford Mustang and Pinto brands for distribution at high-end specialty retailers, department stores, and mid-tier retailers. The program achieved phenomenal results in 2005, reaching over $3 million in retail sales.

?We are extremely proud of our work with both The Andy Warhol Foundation and the Ford Motor Company,? said Michael S. Stone, President/CEO of The Beanstalk Group. ?It is gratifying to be recognized by our peers in the licensing community.
