VICE PRESIDENT
OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
—Elizabeth O?Neill Joins Leading Brand

NEW YORK, March 1, 2006 —
The Beanstalk Group, the world's leading brand licensing agency,
and part of Omnicom Group?s Diversified Agency Services, announced
today that Elizabeth O?Neill has joined the company as Senior
Vice President, Business Development. In her new role, Ms. O?Neill
will oversee all aspects of Beanstalk?s Business Development department.
Ms. O?Neill will seek to grow Beanstalk?s world-class client roster as well as enhance corporate communications, continuing to build awareness of Beanstalk as an innovator in the licensing industry. Additionally, Ms. O?Neill will market Beanstalk within Omnicom to identify new opportunities and strategic alliances among the hundreds of agencies that are part of Omnicom.

Prior to joining Beanstalk, Ms. O?Neill held positions in several fields, including marketing, advertising and consulting. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Ann Taylor Stores, where she led and managed the public relations, marketing services, visual merchandising and creative services departments. Previously, Ms. O?Neill was Vice President of Global Marketing for Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she was responsible for developing the company?s branding strategy, managing corporate visual identity, and overseeing advertising and communications programs, among other responsibilities.
Ms. O?Neill?s advertising experience includes account positions with Young and Rubicam and Grey Advertising, but most recently she was a member of the Management Team and Group Account Director for TBWA/Chiat Day, also an Omnicom Group company, where developed an international strategy campaign for the NIVEA brand.
O?Neill holds a B.A. from Brown University.
