Celebrity Home Style Guru, Susie Coelho, Partners with Grandin Road To Design Exclusive Indoor, Outdoor and Seasonal Lines

HGTV Fan Favorite Also Named Style Editor of Leading Home Furnishings Retailer

NEW YORK, January 17, 2008 — HGTV personality and best-selling author Susie Coelho has partnered with catalog and online retailer Grandin Road to create Susie Coelho Signature™, a fresh and empowering line of indoor living, outdoor living and seasonal home décor. Coelho and Grandin Road were brought together under the strategic direction of The Beanstalk Group, the world’s leading brand licensing consultancy.

The innovative, yet accessible collection will be previewed in the July and August Grandin Road catalogs. In September 2008, the indoor line will be available at GrandinRoad.com and through the catalog, followed by the autumn harvest line in October 2008, and the outdoor home collection in the spring of 2009.

The line will include a collection of outdoor living furniture, lighting, textiles, flooring, outdoor décor and tabletop accessories; a collection of indoor living furniture, textiles, bath accessories, decorative accessories and tabletop accessories; and a collection of seasonal decorative trimmings.

Coelho, a fan favorite on HGTV and former regular contributor and style expert for NBC’s “Today Show” and ABC’s “The View,” was also appointed Style Editor of Grandin Road. In this role, Coelho will make monthly style picks and offer advice for decorating a beautiful home.
