January 25, 2010, New York, NY., — The Beanstalk Group, the world's leading brand licensing agency and consultancy, announced today the promotion of William Kehoe to Chief Operating Officer. In 2008, Kehoe was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, a position that he will continue to hold. In his new role, Kehoe will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and systems management of Beanstalk including Finance, Legal, Contract and Royalty Administration, Human Resources and IT, among other operational functions.

Kehoe will be working directly with Stone to facilitate short-term and long-range strategic planning activities across the company to grow Beanstalk in the U.S. and internationally.

Kehoe joined The Beanstalk Group in 2001 as corporate controller for the Dearborn, Michigan office. In 2004, he moved to Beanstalk’s New York headquarters and assumed the title of Director of the Finance Department. In that role, his responsibilities included corporate consolidations and reporting, treasury management, tax compliance, business planning, financial analysis, and operations. Shortly after assuming his new role, Kehoe was promoted to Vice President in 2005 with the Operations function added to his title and duties in 2007. From 2008 to 2009, as CFO, Kehoe was responsible for leading many initiatives in Beanstalk’s finance and accounting capabilities, as well as enhancing the way the company evaluates and manages licensing programs on behalf of its clients.

Kehoe holds a B.A. from Hillsdale College and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
