Coordinator, Business Development & Marketing

Beanstalk seeks a Coordinator, Business Development & Marketing to support the Business Development and Marketing team’s efforts to grow client portfolio and agency exposure. The position is responsible for supporting Business Development efforts including managing status documents, conducting research and developing presentations. Marketing responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of various marketing initiatives, managing Beanstalk’s social media accounts and website, developing internal and external communications including presentations and assisting with trade show preparation. Public Relations activity consists of writing press releases and assisting with the development of thought leadership.
The candidate should be comfortable working with all levels especially senior management. This role requires strong communication, writing, organization, project management and inter-personal skills along with great attention to detail. Experience in presentation design, social media, email campaigns, PR and event planning is required.
The ideal candidate would demonstrate a strong work ethic, professional commitment and proactive approach to work coupled with a desire to learn and grow. An interest in consumer, retail and industry trends and a passion for global brands and marketing is a plus, while having licensing experience is a huge plus.
This position requires at least one to two years of experience with a focus on business development, marketing, PR, licensing or other related roles.

Beanstalk seeks a Royalty Auditor to handle all aspects of royalty compliance. The successful candidate must be able to carry out royalty audits independently and will report to the SVP Audit Services. Their work will include the complete planning and execution of audits, including drafting reports and assisting clients to settle audits.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to: follow all existing audit procedures to handle licensee audits, work directly with members of the Audit Division, Beanstalk Brand Managers (US and UK) and Clients to develop and manage client specific audit plans. Work with Legal, Contract Administration and Royalty Administration departments to understand legal and contractual implications to audits. Work with the US and UK brand functions to identify, schedule and perform licensees audits.
Candidates must demonstrate both individual initiative as well as work within teams. They should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Studies, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred but not required. 5+ years of royalty audit experience in licensing required. (i.e. – Brand Licensing, Copyright, Trademarks, Patents, , Entertainment, Music, Sports, or Publishing) Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting practices, required. Job requires strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Excel and Word required.
Position requires 50% - 75% travel.

Beanstalk seeks a Manager to support our licensing programs. The position is responsible for participating in the development and execution of strategic licensing programs for a variety of clients. Responsibilities include researching various product categories, develop and pitch prospects, negotiate deal terms through contract execution, financial reporting of overall program results, and Manage licensee’s business, forecasts and organic growth initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to–day tasks required to meet and exceed the client’s goals and objectives. This involves working with high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies necessitating a professional demeanor, superior listening and relationship building skills.
Beanstalk is seeking a candidate that has a background in licensing, marketing, retail planning, advertising, brand strategy, sales or consulting.
This position requires a B.A. with 3-5 years’ experience with emphasis on brand management, marketing products directly to consumers.
Senior Graphic Designer, Freelance
We’re looking for a talented designer with an edgy and over-the-top aesthetic who can deliver the next level creative concepts demonstrating a masterful command of Illustrator, Photoshop and proven skill in branding industry (preferably fashion, home décor and beauty).
To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, typography and layout. You should also have experience executing branding campaigns from conception to production, including designing branded assets (patterns, icons, type lock-ups), mock-ups, hang tags and packaging.
This position demands a high level of responsibility to execute and deliver consistently on target, and on time in a fast-paced environment. Reports to Creative Director.
COMPENSATION: hourly (depending on the experience)
