Bryan Graham

Over 25 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property and of carrying out royalty compliance audits across all categories of IP. Since 2012, has overseen Beanstalk’s Audit division, which currently undertakes over 80 audits worldwide annually.

  • Formed own company specialising in royalty audits and licensing consultancy services prior to joining Beanstalk

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the Licensing industry: not only by virtue of the years spent working in and with the industry but also the very wide range of clients, business sectors and types of IP globally.

  • Works mainly in the fields of copyright, trademarks and patents.

  • Maintains relationships with global clients and their licensees and includes the following business sectors: consumer products (all), publishing, film & TV production, international publishers, the licensing of celebrity licensing, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

  • Gained exposure to a wide cross section of licensors due to the variety of clients served, carrying out royalty audits as well as providing consultancy advice.

About You
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive self-starter with experience in the DIY/Hardware segment that has an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic with sales and/or brand management experience to work primarily on our Stanley Black and Decker account. The candidate should have strong commercial experience ideally in a retail or client facing role with a passion for brands.

The Role
You will be working within a fast-paced environment, as part of the Brand Development team, with responsibility for managing licensees (manufacturers) and generating new business for a global brand portfolio. This varied role will involve travel from time to time within Europe with duties and responsibilities including:

About You

The Role

The Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, as part of the Brand Development team, with responsibility for day-to-day tasks relating to client (Brand owner) and Licensee (Manufacturer) management. As you progress within the team, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing licensees for a global brand portfolio. This role will involve travel from time to time within the UK and Europe.

  • Assist day-to-day management of UK & international licensees including participation in client/licensee calls and meetings

  • Own coordination and tracking of all licensee product development and approvals

  • Manage development of sales materials

  • Complete tracking, monitoring and analysis of royalty reports

  • Support internal quarterly budgeting and forecasting

  • Research product markets, industries, categories and trends

  • Identify and source prospective new licensees, including attendance at key trade shows

  • Assist in negotiating new license agreements and managing contract process flow
