Marc Schneider

  • Responsible for all aspects of Beanstalk’s global finance and operations, providing clients with customized, best-in-class reporting and analysis

  • Facilitates short-term and long-range strategic planning activities to grow Beanstalk in the U.S. and internationally

  • Prior to joining Beanstalk in 2013, Marc managed his own consulting practice, Linchpin Consulting Group, LLC, providing profitable business development and financial and management services to diverse companies

  • Worked at Sesame Workshop for 15 years overseeing various areas including finance, business development, global consumer products and operations, before moving on to HIT Entertainment as SVP and General Manager of Live Events and Themed Attractions

Rachel Terrace

20 years experience in strategic marketing and licensing with a diverse set of corporate and celebrity brands

  • Spearheads strategic development and implementation of brand extension programs in North America

  • Oversees North American client, licensee and retailer relationships in Beanstalk’s Brand Representation, Manufacturer Representation, Blueprint consulting, Studio B and Approvals Management services

  • Manages Beanstalk’s North American Brand Management team in New York, Miami and Cincinnati

  • Has led numerous licensing initiatives across the home, food, fashion and automotive categories for diverse brands such as HGTV, Diageo, Kelly Ripa and Ford Motor Company, among others. Spearheaded development of the HGTV HOME licensing program since its inception, a program that achieved $525 million in retail sales in 2015 and has won five LIMA awards.

Celia Asprea

One of the country’s foremost leaders on the licensing and branding of iconic personalities, Martin has worked with the estates of Andy Warhol, Richard Avedon, Albert Einstein, Mahatma Gandhi, the Wright brothers, and many others

  • Has worked with manufacturers, retailers, and advertising agencies around the world licensing celebrity rights

  • Brokered dozens of international advertising licenses for TV, print, and online; licensees have included Nike, Mercedes, Rolex, Unilever, and UBS

  • As Head of Licensing for Universal Music Group’s Bravado division oversaw licensing for UMG talent including Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, The Beatles, and Katy Perry among others

  • Started his career with the Estate of Andy Warhol where he conceived and developed the Warhol brand licensing program, building an international business with 45 licensees in more than a dozen countries around the world

  • Oversees more than a half dozen brands managed by Beanstalk’s Miami business unit including TGI Fridays, McCormick and Pennzoil

  • Has led the implementation of strategic licensing plans for clients such as Energizer, USA TODAY, Coppertone, COBY and Travelocity

  • Plays a key role in Latin American licensing strategy for the agency

Lisa Reiner

Louise French
Vice President, Business Development & Marketing, International

 

Oversees the agency’s International Business Development and Marketing departments, responsible for growing the agency’s roster of world-class clients in Europe and Asia.

  • Has played an integral role in developing Beanstalk’s client portfolio outside the US, experienced in developing licensing strategies across multiple industries including corporate, fashion, food and beverage and celebrity brands.

  • Drives development and delivery of international Blueprint consulting projects, including oversight of consumer research studies and feasibility projects.

  • Oversees corporate communications for the agency outside the US, including  public relations, social media, trade show presence and international thought leadership.
