Two New Licensees Continue To Bring Innovation to the BLACK+DECKER Brand
February 9, 2016, New York, NY., - BLACK+DECKER, global brand leader in power tools, outdoor yard care equipment, and home products, announces the addition of two new best-in-class partners, Bradshaw International and W Appliance to its licensing program. Bradshaw will introduce a line of BLACK+DECKER branded non-electric cookware, bakeware, tools, gadgets and cutlery. W Appliance is set to develop a comprehensive line of compact appliances and air comfort products. Bradshaw and W Appliance’s BLACK+DECKER lines will complement the brand’s existing licensed consumer products program that targets new homeowners with relevant and innovative product offerings including small domestic appliances, garden tools, automotive products, and “how to” books. These two licensee partners were brought together with BLACK+DECKER by Beanstalk, BLACK+DECKER’s exclusive licensing agency.
Bradshaw International is a leading kitchen prep provider and marketer of brands including Bialetti, Good Cook, T-FAL and Betty Crocker. Bradshaw’s new collection of BLACK+DECKER products range from pots and pans to peelers, mixers, cutlery, barbeque tools and bakeware. These new range of products will be available at mass merchants, department stores, online and club retailers.
W Appliance’s line of BLACK+DECKER compact appliances will include refrigerators, freezers and wine coolers, either built-in or free standing. The company will also focus on air comfort products, such as humidifiers and fans. Both categories are geared towards homeowners who seek innovative home appliance solutions with certain products ideal for small spaces. These include electric beverage cooling centers, portable washers and dryers and electric wine cellars. All W Appliance products will be available at mass, home improvement, ecommerce, department, mid?tier, warehouse club, specialty, grocery, and drug retailers.
